Fees

Individual Counselling

$150 (HST included)

50-55 minutes

EMDR Counselling

$150 (HST included)

50-55 minutes

EMDR 90-minute Processing Session

$225 (HST included)

Some people find EMDR processing is too rushed in a traditional 1-hour session. If you feel you would benefit from more time during processing, I do offer 90-minute sessions.

Please Note: 24-hours notice is required for appointment cancellations as a time commitment was made to you and was held exclusively for you. This also allows me the time to offer the appointment to another client who is waiting. There will be a half session charge for all late cancels and a full session charge for no shows. Thank you for your understanding.

A Note About Insurance

Please Note: I only direct bill Blue Cross Insurance plans. For any other insurance provider (i.e., Sunlife, Manulife, Green Shield, etc.), you will need to pay the total cost of session upfront and then submit your receipts for reimbursement to your insurance company directly.

A friendly reminder - It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to see if they cover "clinical counsellors, psychotherapists, or licensed counselling therapists".
